Our client was orginally only interested in taking out 30 ft of wall opening up kitchen and convert old dining room into a piano room. I look out her back door was a beautiful VIEW of the Vernon river. but there was a fireplace blocking the back wall overlooking a gorgeous view. I said, dont you wish the builder had put a large picture window in place of the fireplace. lo and behold. she said make it happen. We remodeled everything but the bedrooms. Beautiful Home and now She has New View and still loving it.
